To add some points sir, I have noticed that Xiaomi has been following APPLE Trend. It has released very few phones with low price tag and good configuration(recent redmi note 3 design resemble to Iphone). Let it be Redmi OR Mi series. It has bought some features of android Marshmallow app permission right from its MIUI initial release. It has marginally aquired indian market within short period of time. On other hand Micromax once a popular name loosing its market grip on premium phones. Recent launch of 16 different phones will not produce desired effects on long run. Even I dont know which phone is flagship phone of micromax. Now Xiaomi uses their own logistic channel. previously it used Flipkart logistic(which has very good feedbacks, easy returns etc.) then amazon. Now without any heavy discount they are able to sell targeted batch of phones. OnePlus brand also holding grip and able to be substitute for samsung and xperia phones. And How they are climbing the indian phone market is very well explained by Rajesh sir.
